Dr Ramos and Ashkan’s team are absolutely amazing! I have had many doctor urgent care clinic visits over years! They went above and beyond in their care. A true one stop shop! I had a horrible cold and had to attend my son’s wedding that evening. I asked the doctor to make me better so I could survive the celebration. He did exactly that and more! Exceeded My expectations. I orders a Chest X-ray, swab to see what we we’re dealing with, IM steroid, Breathing treatment, IM vitamin injections to give me the boost I needed to get me better!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I survived the celebration with the energy I needed. I highly recommend this team to take care of your all around western medicine and holistic care needs!!

The front office staff could use intensive customer service training. They did not greet us, kept us waiting for a long time with no explanation and the place was empty. Then when we were finally checked in and taken into the exam room we were told the “the doctor will see you when he can”. Well I have two issues with this-one the person that saw my son was not a doctor and this fact was hidden from us, and second the patient’s time is valuable as well. The whole attitude of this place is clearly not geared towards providing a high level and superior quality service to the patients who happen to be the customers. It’s no wonder the place is empty.
