The experienced team at A+ Urgent Care in Las Vegas, Nevada, offer skilled urgent care services to patients aged 2 and older.
Established in 2023, A+ Urgent Care specializes in urgent medical care for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. The team of medical practitioners, doctors, and nurses trained in emergency and intensive care are experts in diagnosing and managing acute medical conditions.
Avoiding long and costly emergency room experiences, A+ Urgent Care offers wound and lacerations care, toenail removal, suture and staples removal, Ortho-Glass® splints, casting, and cauterizations.
Treatments for injuries include steroid injections, intramuscular (IM) injections, trigger point injections, and joint injections (knee, shoulder, elbow, and hip). The practice also offers testosterone injections (TRT).

About Our Practice
Our team provides healthcare services to both local residents and visitors to our area. Whether you are experiencing upper respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms and can’t get into your regular doctor or need treatment while on vacation, we will treat you quickly and send you on your way. We will provide your healthcare provider with a summary of your visit if you request.
Preventative services we offer include school, sports and pre-operative physicals, immunizations, women’s wellness exams, pregnancy tests and urinalysis. Onsite services such as EKG and XRays help identify underlying problems.
Additionally, we offer services typically associated with more urgent needs such as breathing treatments, ear irrigation, and wound care. Our IV antibiotic and hydration program can boost your energy and expedite your return to health. Our specialty services include medical weight loss treatment, testosterone therapy, and upper respiratory testing.
Our team has a long experience providing healthcare in the Las Vegas area. We can offer ideas for referral to a local specialist if your needs exceed our resources.

Anna GhaffariMay 2, 2024Dr Ramos and the team at A+Urgent Care saved the day. I had gotten a cold/flu with a horrible cough and had to get better quick for my sons wedding day. Staff was AMAZING. Got me in within 10 minutes of arriving. They gave me a breathing treatment & a chest x ray to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia. They also gave me a steroid and vitamin injection to reduce inflammation & give me the immune / energy boost I needed. Swabbed me to make sure I didn’t have COVID or the flu. A true One stop shop providing a western medicine and holistic approach. I will be going back to start their weight loss wellness program. Thank you again Dr Ramos and staff!

I didn't have to go another place to get an CXR done which they have in house. This is better and faster than an ER or other urgent care. After leaving this place, had an issue with one of my medication and got in touch with clinic. They were quick to respond back and replaced my medication with another. I would recommend this place and come back here again 10/10. ❤️

The wait however at the clinic was too long since there was only 1 person in the lobby when I arrived and I had made a 10:30 appt online. Apparently they do not honor the appts per the receptionist. That they need to change.
